After graduating from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2008, he devoted his career to refining his skills and deepening his knowledge to provide the highest level of care. Throughout his journey, John has treated clients from diverse backgrounds and regions, developing a wide range of therapeutic techniques designed to address acute and chronic conditions.
Specializing in Sports Massage Therapy, John has extensive experience working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to high-level competitors. His work spans across a variety of events, including soccer matches, hockey, gymnastics tournaments, CrossFit competitors, marathons, and triathlons. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out New Patient Forms. Alternatively, you can print them off and bring them with you to your appointment.
Please bring your Personal Health Number and any supporting documents that may be helpful to your visit. These may include:
X-ray, MRI, CT scan or ultrasound results.
Doctor’s referral (may be required for reimbursement by your Extended Health Care plan)
List of any medications or supplements you are currently taking.

To assess you effectively, please wear clothing that is comfortable such as athletic wear (sports bra and shorts for women, shorts for men).
While on the treatment table, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level and will be covered with a sheet.
The Registered Massage Therapists will make every effort to ensure that your treatment is safe and effective. The approach to treatment may vary depending upon your condition. At any time before or during treatment, you have the right to ask that the treatment or portion of the treatment be discontinued.

24 hour cancellation notice is required. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
